Distribution & Label Services
- Where distribution or label-related services are offered:
- Participation under Infinisound Records is optional
- No ownership of artist works is transferred
- Revenue share terms are disclosed clearly prior to purchase
- Artists may discontinue participation with notice
SoundRise Academy does not guarantee streaming performance, revenue, or placement.
Payments & Refunds
- Fees for services are disclosed prior to purchase
- All payments are processed through secure third-party providers
- Due to the nature of digital services, refunds are not guaranteed once work has begun
- Any refund considerations are handled on a case-by-case basis

- Business or creative decisions made by artists
- Loss of income or opportunity
- Third-party platform actions or policies
- Technical issues beyond our control
